		<description>I want to thank you with all of my heart for making this available. If there were some way to download this sermon, I would do it and make audio copies, so that, as I send out resumes seeking a place to preach, I would request that they listen to this.

I had to wipe away more than one tear from my big, burly, beared face because everything Bro. Grider said was part of my expereince in preaching. I wish I knew how to contact him so I could thank him for saying those things.

Despite it all, however, my heart is, and always has been, in preaching. I have been too close to miserable without it being a regular, daily activity. It is worth all of the struggles and difficulties mentioned in this sermon and more.</description>
